Competent people are very easy to distinguish from the crowd.
- They are excellent time managers, punctual and are keen on deadlines.
- They are effective communicators.
They give accurate information to their allies and at the right time.
You’ll never hear them say, “I forgot to tell you.” They are truthful.
- They are detail-oriented.
They don’t leave a single stone unturned in their operations or communications.
They know the art and science of what they are doing.
- They are extremely energetic and obviously strong and healthy.
They don’t complain of “too much work.” They can clock 85 hours a week for decades.
- They have high interest in working with you (or on the task at hand).
If you work with (or date) people who are not very very interested in the end game with you,
you are signing up for betrayal.
They will never walk on hot charcoal/eggshells with you.
The purpose of alliances is for you to use each other.
You and your allies must be competent for your alliance to win.
