Ever felt lazy or unmotivated to do what needs to be done by you?

Most probably you have a metabolic distress and your body is not able to process the fuel you give it.

Your hormones could be imbalanced or your gut could be screaming for a big rest.

Do the following to always be energetic.

  1. Eat little to no carbs. Eat more animal based proteins and fats, between 2-8 pm.
  2. Maintain a BMI of 20-23. Don’t be fat/skinny.
  3. Drink at least 3 Litres of water in salted water, lemon/ginger water, bone soup and sugarless black coffee for hydration.
  4. Lift as heavy weights as your body can carry, 3-4 days/week. Walk at least 5,000 steps daily.
  5. Sleep early and wake up when your body has rested enough. No alarms or 2:27 am sex. Stop night running.
  6. Get at least 2 hours of sunlight daily.
  7. Avoid alcohol, gambling, porn, unnecessary sex, carbonated drinks, TV News, energy draining conversations.
  8. Do the activities that add value to your life, that you like, you are skilled at and you are naturally inclined to.

You cannot be an elephant and succeed at climbing trees. That is for the monkeys.
