Avoid Consuming C.R.A.P if you want to live a long, healthy and productive life

Many Kenyans, for lack of accurate information, consume the following inflammatory things, without knowing they are poisoning themselves.

They later become weak, sick, poor or dumb and very manipulatable. Don’t be many Kenyans. Avoid the following:

C- Carbonated drinks. Sodas, Juices, energy drinks and alcohol.

R- Refined Foods. Sugars, sweeteners, Bread, Cakes, chocolates, refined cooking oils/vegetable fats.

A- Artificial foods eg bottled juices like Afia, Spaghetti, Pizza, Biscuits, Indomie, Soy meat, GMO fruits, tomato/chili sauce, Royco, Blue Band, candy.

P- Processed foods. All wheat products. White ugali, canned foods, pasteurized milk and other milk products.

Eat REAL FOOD, obtained from nature.

Real food comes from the farm, straight to your kitchen. Real food does not pass through processing factories.

Butcheries, grocery stores are where you buy what you don’t grow on your farm, not supermarkets and not hotels.

If you fuck up your nutrition, not even Jesus Christ will save you from the punishment nature will give you.
