If you want to never have cancer, avoid consuming inflammatory substances.
Carbonated drinks, Refined sugars, seed oils, GMO fruits, cigarettes/weed, drugs, processed foods, artificial foods, honey and plastics.
Protect your women from using hormonal contraceptives.
Eat natural foods like meat, eggs, leafy vegetables and animal fats.
Sleep until your body is satisfied.
Stay hydrated (with salt and water) and lift weights 3-4 days/week.
Catch sunlight until your skin is satisfied. Well hydrated skin doesn’t suffer sunburns.
