- Solve a real problem many people have that other businesses are not adequately solving.
Don’t start a “me too” business.
- Be scalable. Ability to serve many people in many places simultaneously. Non scalable businesses are too limited to be termed successful.
- Be operated by a team of people with different skills. Technicians, marketers, managers, graphic designers, accountants.
A business operated by one person is not a business. It can’t operate when that person is unavailable.
To build such a business, the first thing you need is THE IDEA.
If you have the right idea, someone out there is willing to give you the financial capital you need.
