After consuming it for years, our bodies are unable to process the excess due to something called insulin resistance.
Excess sugar leads to:
Obesity, glaucoma, ADHD, Diabetes, Hypertension, PCOS, Erectile dysfunction, infertility, fibroids,
Fatty liver, neuropathy, arthritis, gut inflammation like ulcers, nephropathy, retinopathy,
hormonal disruption like hyperthyroidism, Alzheimer’s, dementia, quicker aging, allergies, depression and cancer.
And their complications.
For example if your woman leaves or cheats because you have a weak erection, sugar is to blame.
If you have cancer whose treatment leaves your family begging for food, you should blame it on sugar.
But really it’s your fault because sugar has never put itself in your mouth.
When you Google causes of these conditions, you’ll see lots of contradictions because certain powerful people don’t want you to know the truth.
They know mixing facts with fiction makes it hard for you to establish the truth.
If there is freedom you should seek first, it’s freedom from the addiction of sugar.
(And all other things shall be yours as well.)
Sugar is present in everything starchy, fruits, refined cane sugar (obviously), honey, carbonated drinks, milk and dairy products, processed foods (whether labeled sugar free or not)…
If you can avoid these things, you can prevent the metabolic conditions associated with insulin resistance.
