How to get a super strong immune system

If you want to have a super strong immune system,

  1. Lift weights 3-5 days/week in the gym.
  2. Sleep until your body is satisfied.
  3. Stay properly hydrated with salt and water.
  4. Get at least 1 hr of sunshine, daily.
  5. Eat lots of meats, eggs, leafy vegetables, pumpkin, avocado, coconuts.
  6. Go as low on carbohydrates as you can.
  7. Eat only One Meal every day/daily fasting.
  8. Occasionally, eat after 48-72 hours/prolonged fasting.
  9. Cook your food with animal fats.
  10. Avoid carbonated drinks, alcohol, Hormonal contraceptives and seed oils.
