How To Solve Anxiety, Regardless Of The Cause

Anxiety, no matter its source, is a physiological and psychological response that can be controlled.

The key is to take charge of your body, mind, and environment.

Very simple, practical tips.

  1. Master Your Physiology

Anxiety starts in the body, so controlling your physical state is the first step.

Breathe Properly – Slow, deep breaths calm the nervous system.

Hold your breaths often when you are sitting or lying.

Fix Your Posture – Stand tall, chest out, shoulders back.

A weak posture signals vulnerability to your brain.

Walk slowly.

Cold Exposure – Ice baths or cold showers shock the nervous system into resetting.

Exercise – Lifting weights, sprinting, or even walking burns excess stress hormones and builds resilience.

  1. Regulate Your Biochemistry

Cut Stimulants – Too much caffeine overstimulates your nervous system.

Smoking and use of drugs will always lead to anxiety.

Eat Animal Fats & Protein in olenty – Nutrient-rich foods (especially fatty meat) stabilize blood sugar and fuel brain function.

Work to raise your testosterone through the tips given on this platform.

Men with Low Testosterone are extremely nervous, anxious and emotional (they have high neuroticism).

Hydration with Electrolytes – Dehydration worsens anxiety.

Drink salted water or bone broth.

Optimize Sleep – Poor sleep wrecks your stress response.

Get 7-9 hours of deep sleep in a cool, dark and quiet room.

  1. Control Your Mindset

Challenge Irrational Thoughts – Anxiety thrives on worst-case scenarios.

Ask yourself, “What’s the worst that can happen?

Can I handle it?”

You’ll usually realize you can.

Adopt a Warrior Mentality – Anxiety is natural, but how you respond defines you.

Train your mind to see challenges as tests, not threats.

Speak and respond to others slowly and calmly.

Stay Busy – Idleness fuels overthinking.

Work on projects, train, or read.

Meditation & Stoicism – Observe your thoughts without reacting.

Learn to detach from emotions and control your response.

If you have to climb 10 floors of stairs, just do it. No emotions.

If you have to go to the gym, just go.

If you must undergo surgery, do it graciously.

If you want facing death, accept it. Something must kill a man.

  1. Change Your Environment

Avoid Negative Triggers – Toxic people, social media, and bad habits amplify anxiety.

Watching pornography and doing masturbation will lead to anxiety.

Gambling must stop.

Cut them out.

Expose Yourself to Controlled Stress.

Face discomfort (public speaking, confrontations, cold exposure) in small doses.

Over time, you’ll become unshakable.

Spend Time in Nature – Sunlight, fresh air, and movement reduce stress hormones.

  1. Take Action

Anxiety often comes from uncertainty or inaction.

If something is bothering you, make a plan and take steps forward.

Even small wins build confidence.

No matter the cause, anxiety can be tamed.

Control your body, fuel your mind, and dominate your environment.

You’re in charge—not your fears.
