Is The Customer Always Right?

When you are highly competent and

you are outshining your competition by a great margin,

your customers are NOT king. They are not always right. You are.

They have problems that you solve better than anyone else.

You know how to help them solve their problems.

They must therefore do what you ask or risk you abandoning them to continue suffering and agonizing.

If you can achieve this level of expertise, you can serve only premium clients.

Stop begging customers to be, have or do what you ask.

Just become better at branding and delivery of services and they are the ones to beg you to take their money.
