You should do serious weight lifting with progressive overload 4-5 times weekly.

Deadlifts, squats, pull ups, bench press, leg presses, military press and biceps curls will turn you into a Greek Statue.

Eat plenty of animal proteins(eggs, meat, omena) fats(tallow, avocado, bone broth) and unprocessed carbs (eg beans, pumpkin, bananas) twice a day.

Sleep 6-8 hours daily. Naps are OK.

Expose yourself to the sun for at least 1 hour and cold baths.
