
The modern man has significantly lower Testosterone compared to Men born before World War 2.
Those born after 1989 are even more emasculated with Low Testosterone.
The society wants them governable, manipulatable and easy to “work with.”
But you cannot allow yourself to be controlled by others.
As the chief of your Tribe, you should be the leader; showing others the way.
You need High T, for this.
Do the following to maintain higher levels than the average modern man;
- Lift heavy weights 3-4 days/week.
- Take long cold showers or swim in very cold waters.
- Maintain a BMI of 20-22. Don’t be FAT.
- Sunlight exposure at least 1 hour daily.
- Eat lots of eggs, fatty meat and animal fats.
- Sleep 6-8 hrs/night in a quiet, dark, cool room.
- Watching masculine behavior (sports, gladiators, wrestling/fights or violent movies).
- Hunt and slaughter animals.
- Build a successful scalable business.
- Flirt with women and get laid regularly. (I don’t mean you become a promiscuous he-goat), but make sure you get laid.
- Avoid alcohol, sugars and carbonated drinks. Alcoholics = absolute losers.
- Stay hydrated with water, salty water, sugarless black coffee or bone soup. Dehydration causes stress that ruin your testosterone.
It is this Hormone that makes men strong, aggressive, tolerant to stressors, stoic and masculine, illimitable, psychopathic and dangerous.
