13 “Primitive” Habits That Are Actually Very Healthy…

Men, the following activities seem primitive but they are actually very healthy;

  1. Walking barefoot.
  2. Swimming in rivers, lakes or the ocean.
  3. Staying shirtless especially in the sun.
  4. Eating with your bare hands, not spoons.
  5. Playing with friendly, hairy animals.
  6. Semen retention. You don’t have to cum every time you have sex. Better, abstain as much as possible from sex. Have sex to reward good women.
  7. Cooking food with animal fats.
  8. Sleeping and having sex on the floor.
  9. Not wearing underwear/boxers.
  10. Catching and eating wild animals.
  11. Brushing your teeth with salty water.
  12. Not eating before noon and after 6 pm.
  13. Living in villages with unpolluted environment.

The more native you go, the healthier you become.
