
Men, the following activities seem primitive but they are actually very healthy;
- Walking barefoot.
- Swimming in rivers, lakes or the ocean.
- Staying shirtless especially in the sun.
- Eating with your bare hands, not spoons.
- Playing with friendly, hairy animals.
- Semen retention. You don’t have to cum every time you have sex. Better, abstain as much as possible from sex. Have sex to reward good women.
- Cooking food with animal fats.
- Sleeping and having sex on the floor.
- Not wearing underwear/boxers.
- Catching and eating wild animals.
- Brushing your teeth with salty water.
- Not eating before noon and after 6 pm.
- Living in villages with unpolluted environment.
The more native you go, the healthier you become.
