Have you ever tried to put the bible into practice?
John 14:13-14 says, “And whatever you ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it”.
Guided by this part plus my desire to see a healthy nation, I have tried praying for the disappearance of Cancer in Kenya. Severally.
Well, the prayer seems to do the opposite because cancer is on the rise.
So, this begs the questions:
- Is the bible not outrightly false?
- Did Jesus give us empty promises?
- Is the bible really the word of God, considering its many other falsehoods, contradictions and stories about God ordering activities that today are crimes against humanity?
- Could the bible be just a tool used to manipulate the masses into docility, poverty and dumbness?
- Is it even God’s word?
We need to question the document, for enlightenment’s sake.
