Fruits are marketed effectively as very healthy, their producers often citing availability of Vitamins and antioxidants in various fruits. But they don’t tell us about Fructose.
Most fruits contain high levels of a sugar called fructose (Fruit sugar).
Fructose is metabolized by the liver to make chemicals that destroy your cells, causing a cluster of diseases called Metabolic syndrome.
They include
Diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, Gout, kidney damage (nephropathy), nerve damage (nephropathy), cancer, inflammatory conditions like arthritis, gastritis, Fatty Liver Disease, Hormonal imbalance and infertility, Mental issues like depression, ADHD in children and various allergies.
Fructose is also plenty in all processed foods, sodas, honey, maize and alcohol.
Fructose and processed foods are responsible for more than 80% of the diseases we suffer from.
Common fruits with insignificant amount of fructose include AVOCADO, Coconuts, Macadamia and Lemon.
