The 4 Major Rules To Observe Strictly, While In The Gym

The Gym is the temple of man. It is a holy place where men come to build and cleanse themselves. When you come to the gym,

  1. Have a simple gym plan you want to follow. This makes you organized, focused and able to track your progress.
    The plan should be for weight lifting only. No serious man should go to the gym for cardio.
  2. Ensure you drink at least 1 litre of salted water every hour you are in the gym. If you can, carry about half a litre of sugarless black coffee or bone soup. These are what you drink to remain adequately hydrated for maximum performance, endurance and wonderful gains.
  3. Unless you are the gym instructor, leave women to lift on their own. Lift with other men. You will waste your time and energy if you give them attention. If you want to have a “dance” with them, do it after the gym session.
  4. Return the equipment and materials you use to where they are supposed to be. The gym instructors are not your servants. They are teachers, doctors and supervisors. Respect them.
