The MIDDAY SUN is the best inducer of vitamin D synthesis.

The sun’s UV light activates the cholsterol in your skin to start undergoing changes that end up with you making vitamin D.

There are other benefits of the midday sun that you gain.

For example improved sleep, balanced hormones, stable mood and a healthy skin.

Most people have been lied to think the morning and evening sun is safer to consume than the midday sun.

They are told sunshine exposure causes skin cancers and faster aging.

The only time the sun will damage your skin is when you are dehydrated. You’ll get nasty sunburns.

Most people live in a dehydrated state. Don’t be like them.

Drink ½ a litre of salted water and then go out in the sun.

Most ideally between noon and 3 pm.

Have it before your afternoon nap. Very healthy.
