Men, it is very unmanly to go to the gym to use the walking treadmill or that stationary bike.

A man goes to the gym to lift weights while talking with his gym brothers.

If you want walk, do it on the streets or out in the field as you catch the sun and observe humanity.

If you are doing cardio to lose weight, I have bad news.

Losing weight happens when you stop eating carbohydrates and when you stop eating more than 2 meals a day.

The secret is in the diet.

A man goes to the gym to be strong, more tolerant to stressors, to sculpt his body with muscles and to build his mind.

Not to lose weight.
