What to Eat Before Entering The Gym…

“Hello Doc, what foods do you recommend one to take before workout in the gym?”

It is crazy to even think about eating before going to the gym.

Do not eat anything.

The food you eat now will be available for energy after at least 6 hours.

The energy you need today is already in your cells or stored as glycogen or fat already in your body.

However, you need plenty of water and salt before, during and after the gym session.

Sugarless Black Coffee and bone soup are good additions to salted water as hydration agents.

Lifting weights and digesting food simultaneously is not a wise way to use your body.

You do not need pre workout or supplements.

Go natural like your ancestors.
