Why Being A Total Asshole Helps You As A Man, In Business and Other Power Games

Being an asshole, when done strategically has untold advantages, especially in leadership, negotiation, and power dynamics.

You know Why?

  1. People Respect Strength, Not Niceness

Being overly nice makes you look weak.

People respect those who stand their ground, enforce boundaries, and don’t tolerate nonsense.

Strength commands respect, while excessive kindness often invites exploitation.

In business, you must be a little Horrible to win.

  1. You Set Boundaries Without Apology

An “asshole” doesn’t let people walk all over them.

They make it clear what they will and won’t tolerate.

This prevents manipulation and ensures that others take them seriously.

  1. You Get What You Want

Nice guys often hesitate to ask for what they want, fearing they’ll offend someone.

Assholes? They demand results. They negotiate harder, push for better deals, and refuse to settle for less.

  1. It Filters Out the Weak

Being direct and blunt repels the weak-minded and attracts strong allies.

Those who can’t handle the truth or directness are usually liabilities anyway.

  1. Women Find It Attractive

Confidence, dominance, and assertiveness are inherently attractive traits.

Nice guys finish last because they prioritize pleasing others over themselves, making them look needy.

Assholes put themselves first, which women respect and admire.

Women want to breed with these mean psychopaths.

Sometimes it’s difficult to understand this gender.

  1. You Maintain Emotional Control

People-pleasers bend over backward to keep others happy, which makes them emotionally unstable when things don’t go their way.

An “asshole” prioritizes logic over emotions, staying focused on goals rather than feelings.

In War, being an animal helps a lot. You don’t lose your mind in the heat of battle.

  1. You Become a Natural Leader

People follow those who project authority, confidence, and decisiveness.

An “asshole” is unafraid to make tough decisions, take charge, and lead without constantly seeking approval.

  1. Success Demands Ruthlessness

The world is competitive.

If you’re too soft, you’ll be chewed up and spat out.

Being an “asshole” (when necessary) means you’re willing to do what it takes to win.

That said, there’s a difference between being a strategic asshole and being a mindless jerk.

The key is controlled dominance—be firm, assertive, and unapologetic, but never reckless or unnecessarily cruel.

When people say you are mean, impossible, stingy or a narcissist yet they oblige to your will, you are a winner.

God will forgive you.

Can you guess what you must do to kill the Nice Guy in your Mind?
