Overeating is the cause. Don’t even try looking for other things to blame.
I see women consuming too much carbohydrates, too many times per day thinking that’s what helps them produce more quality breast milk.
It does not. In stead they become fat, weak and sometimes depressed or sick, and call it baby fat.
Baby fat shouldn’t be in your body 3 months after giving birth.
High quality milk is produced when you eat high protein and high fat foods just 2 times daily.
Meats, fish, eggs, nuts, animal fats and leafy vegetables for fibre. Mix them with complex carbohydrates like legumes, banana and pumpkin.
Hydrate adequately with bone soup or salty water during the day.
Hit the gym to speed up your recovery and strength build up.
