
We won’t need drugs, herbs or prayers here.
What we need here is to understand the problem, address the cause and healing quickly follows.
Allow me to explain. Read very slowly.
1. Your Stomach’s role is to store food, mix the food and digest it into a paste.
2. Food takes 4–6 hours in your stomach being processed into a paste that can flow into your intestines.
3. To effectively digest food, your stomach needs very strong hydrochloric acid.
4. When the acid is strong, the stomach digests food fast and the top gate of the stomach remains closed.
5. Weak acidity means food takes long time in the stomach and the gate does not close completely.
6. Due to #5, food undergoes fermentation inside the stomach, causing build up of gas which tends to escape through the poorly closed gate. See how BLOATING and BURPING occurs?
7. While burping, some stomach contents with weak acid, are forced upwards towards your mouth, causing a very nasty sensation called HEARTBURN. Some of you call it ACIDITY.
8. If this acidic mixture reaches the throat, we call it REFLUX. It corrodes the throat and can cause coughing, bitter/sour taste in your mouth and severe pain. This forms what doctors call GastroEsophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
Notice that All these come from weak stomach acidity.
9. Now, in human stomachs, there are bacteria. One of them is called Helicobacter pylori (H pylori). It has lived in our guts for over 50,000 years as normal Flora. Your skin, mouth, anus, urethra, vaginas…all have their own normal flora.
10. When the hydrochloric acid (HCl) in the stomach is weak, H pylori multiplies quickly and attacks your stomach walls causing more inflammation and microscopic wounds called ULCERS.
11. Therefore, your stomach must have VERY STRONG HCl for it to execute its roles. The HCl is produced by cells on your stomach walls called PARIETAL CELLS.
12. When your stomach is inflamed or exhausted, parietal cells produce too little or weak HCl. Low stomach acidity is called Hypochlorhydria.

13. Inflammation of the stomach (Gastritis) is what causes hypochlorhydria (the mother of all upper gut issues).
14. Gastritis is caused by Inflammatory things we consume
Sugar, Grains, Wheat, Alcohol, Smoking, Antibiotics, Carbonated drinks, Salad oils/margarine, drugs like ibuprofen, processed garbage you eat, artificial foods like noodles,
Dehydration, eating more than 2X daily, Chronic Stress and unhealthy habits also cause inflammation.
15. These are the causes of Gastritis that make you suffer. You eliminate them and all your gut problems disappear in just a week or so.
16. If you are suffering already,
Eat only one meal a day (OMAD) in the evenings, before 7 pm.
Avoid the things listed on #14. Also avoid fibrous carbohydrates (like leafy vegetables), avoid starchy carbohydrates (beans, sweet potato, arrowroot) until you heal.
Eat animal based foods only. Meats, eggs, Omena, liver, gizzards, hearts, matumbo…home made mala.
The only plants you should eat for fast recovery are avocados and coconuts. Onions, garlic, turmeric and black pepper if tolerated.
During the day, since you wake up, sip salted water. Yes. Put enough salt to taste. At some point, boil ginger+turmeric+cloves+black pepper and sip 2 mugs. At around 4 pm, sip 2 mugs of bone soup. Fish bone soup is especially very good. These keeps your body hydrated, your stomach feeling full and healing. You don’t feel hungry. Home made mala about 1 hour before eating. Drink 3–4 litres of stuff daily.

17. To quicken your healing and solve the inflammation faster, there are anti-inflammatory habits you need to do.
Sleep early. Avoid TV NEWS. Avoid screens at night. If you lose sleep at midnight, light a candle and read a book or cuddle your lover.
Expose as much skin to as much sunlight as possible. Free Therapy. Even midday sun is OK. Just be well hydrated.
Walk 1–2 hours daily. This solves countless metabolic conditions like obesity, diabetes, Hypertension, PCOS etc alongside Gastritis. If you can hike, do it often.
Resistance training (weight lifting) 3–4 days a week. This is actually second most important after diet. Rest 48 hours before the next gym session. There are home resistance training workouts you can learn, if you don’t have a nearby gym. Women should lift too.
Manage Stress. Avoid Noise. Cultivate beneficial relationships. Cut off toxic people (even family members). Earn money. Read good books. Avoid useless use of social media. Get good sex and/or massage. Travel to random towns. Take a break from church. Get a leave from work to recharge.
18. DO NOT BE MISLED to consume H pylori kits, Omeprazole, antacids, herbals with funny names, milk or to eat every 2–3 hours. These conventional remedies have kept you suffering until now.
What I gave you is all you need.
Before you go to the hospital, try that first.
It takes less than 30 days to be COMPLETELY HEALED, depending on some factors like age, level of damage, your circumstances…
